  14. in the Vietnam war. But Muhammad refused 
  15. to enter the military on the grounds that he 
  16. was a Muslim minister. The U.S. govern-
  17. ment didnΓÇÖt agree. He was sent to prison 
  18. briefly, and boxing organizations took 
  19. away his title. He was 25 years old.
